Starting with feasibility, we look at each project as if our own money is invested. We then bring our multi-disciplinary team together with our client to test assumptions, source debt and equity, obtain entitlements, manage design and construction, and, where required, oversee the marketing, leasing, and sales.

Forrester Research
On Monday, August 29, 2011, Forrester Research opened its new headquarters at 60 Acorn Park, Cambridge, MA. The opening festivities included Founder and CEO George Colony's congratulatory remarks for the entire team. LMP has been working with Forrester on this project since April 2008.
