On March 12th, Franklin Cummings Tech broke ground on their new campus in Nubian Square. This new 68,000 SF state-of-the-art technical education building will accommodate the institution’s growth and will house shared classrooms, technical education labs, a rooftop learning lab, conference, meeting, and huddle rooms, a central student lounge, study spaces, administration and other offices, as well as support spaces.

The building will target LEED Gold certification and will minimize environmental impact by using passive design elements, rooftop solar, and energy-efficient mechanical systems.
