Zack Pearce
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Zack focuses on supporting our project management teams in planning, budgeting, construction, and closeout activities for various projects. His day-to-day activities include correspondence and coordination with all parties involved in the project as well as planning, cost control, and reporting services. Since joining the firm, Zack has worked on several projects with our interiors group for clients such as Jamestown LP, Providence Equity Partners, and Third Rock Ventures. He also assists in larger ground up and renovation projects with clients such as Harvard University and MIT.
Prior to Leggat McCall Properties, Zack worked for Shawmut Design and Construction where he completed their construction skills management training (CMST) program spending one year each as an assistant estimator, assistant project manager, and an assistant superintendent. While at Shawmut, he worked on a number of notable projects, including the renovation of the Langham Hotel and the Logan Airport Terminal B Renovation.
