Zach Jennings
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Zach’s responsibilities include acting as the day-to-day project manager on complex design and construction projects. He brings years of experience in ground up construction, infrastructure, and tenant improvements to the LMP team. Since joining LMP, Zach has served as the project manager for Northeastern University’s EXP building, a 350,000 SF state-of-the-art research center.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Zach was a superintendent for Turner Construction where he oversaw all aspects of the field operations for large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction until final turnover and closeout. Zach also served as Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
