As a Senior Vice President, Bob serves as a seasoned development advisor on complex construction projects for healthcare, life science, and academic clients. With a specialty in the healthcare sector, Bob acts in a senior project management and advisory capacity with direct responsibility for all phases of real estate development including permitting, design, construction management, reporting and loan administration. In his role as development advisor, Bob has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Mass General Brigham, Massachusetts General Hospital, Novartis, the American University of Beirut Medical Center, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Throughout his career, Bob has also managed the development of several retirement housing communities and over 5.0 million SF of office, biotechnology/lab, manufacturing/process plant and healthcare facilities.
