Bob is a seasoned development advisor with a specialty in the healthcare sector. He acts in a senior project management and advisory capacity with direct responsibility for all phases of real estate development including permitting, design, construction management, reporting and loan administration for a wide range of projects including several retirement housing communities and over 5.0 million SF of office, biotechnology/lab, manufacturing/process plant and healthcare facilities.
In his role as development advisor, Bob’s has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Partners Healthcare, Massachusetts General Hospital, Novartis, the American University of Beirut Medical Center, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
