Rob Greetham

Rob is a Vice President at Leggat McCall Properties with extensive experience on large-scale projects from both the owner’s and contractor’s perspectives. As a construction professional with 35 years of experience administrating institutional, laboratory, commercial and residential work in the Northeast, Rob has experience in program management, construction management, contract administration, claims negotiation, permitting, scheduling, logistics planning and direct field construction experience.
Rob’s project experience at LMP includes the MA Green High Performance Computing Center, CitySquare, The Fairmont at Battery Wharf, One First Street, and the Harvard University Smith Campus Center.
Prior to LMP, Rob held positions ranging from field supervisor to project executive for two major contractors.
