To ensure the reliability of their organization’s expansive healthcare platforms, Partners Healthcare (now Mass General Brigham) engaged Leggat McCall Properties to help them build a new enterprise data center in Marlborough, MA. LMP provided feasibility and due diligence support during the site selection process and led the design and construction team to achieve aggressive budget, schedule, and operational goals. The project was designed to a Tier III+ standard while achieving a LEED silver certification and low PUE.

• Site: 8-acre greenfield site
• Size: 65,000 SF new construction, expandable to 130,000 SF
• Data Hall: 19,000 SF, expandable to 38,000 SF
