Mike Patrician
Project Manager
As a Project Manager for Leggat McCall Properties, Mike manages all phases of the project lifecycle on complex development projects. His responsibilities include permitting, budgeting, schedule development, team coordination, stakeholder communication, design/construction oversight, and closeout activities. Since joining LMP, Mike has worked on as an owner’s project manager on corporate and manufacturing assignments.
Recent assignments included a 10-acre mixed-use development at Portland Foreside Development in Portland, ME and the redevelopment of Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, MA, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use campus transforming a historic industrial site into modern office, life sciences, retail, and public space along the Charles River.
