Mat Scheller
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Mat brings considerable construction experience in the residential, hotel, and healthcare sectors, managing all aspects of construction processes and trades. His responsibilities have included preconstruction, estimating, schedule preparation, procurement, subcontractor management, cost management and cost projections on a variety of project types. Mat is currently working on The Smith, a 650-unit, multi-family project in the South End.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall, Mat worked as a Senior Project Manager for Lend Lease where he led the Clippership Wharf residential development on the East Boston Waterfront as well as Zinc, a 392-unit luxury apartment development in Cambridge. Mat also previously worked for Consigli and Skanska as a project manager.
