Kate Martucci
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Kate’s responsibilities include acting as the day-to-day project manager on complex design, construction and advisory projects. With over 10 years of experience in the Boston real estate market, she has worked in healthcare, biomedical, and research and development facilities. Kate is currently working on projects for Brigham & Women’s Hospital providing general oversight of Planning and Construction for BWH Research Space, an approximately 1M GSF portfolio of leased and owned spaces.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Kate worked as a project manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where she was responsible for the development, design, and construction of space renovations, research test-bed support, capital, and deferred maintenance projects. Previously, Kate worked as a research project manager for Brigham & Women’s Hospital managing construction project activities from space planning and budgeting through occupancy.
