Karl is a Senior Vice President and Partner with more than 25 years of experience managing complex real estate projects for a variety of clients. He excels in high-expectation environments and has successfully delivered projects for a wide variety of mission critical, life sciences, and institutional clients.
Karl’s experience includes projects such as the Boston Children’s Museum, the MA Green High Performance Computing Center, the Partners HealthCare Data Center, the Tufts University Science and Engineering Complex, and the MGH Simches Center.
Prior to joining LMP, Karl served as a development manager at Cisterra Partners where he managed Cisco Systems’ development program of 2.5 million square feet across three sites in Boxborough, MA. Prior to Cisterra, Karl was at Kohn Pederson Fox, NY.
