Leggat McCall Properties purchased 11 Forbes Road in Northborough, MA as an investment property. The vacant asset consisted of a 160,000 SF warehouse building with an attached two-story 90,000 SF office building, which had been used as a distribution facility for Poland Spring water.

LMP leased the building in its entirety to Genzyme Corporation (which was subsequently sold to Sanofi) for redevelopment as a GMP manufacturing facility. LMP facilitated the complete renovation of the building into a LEED certified, state-of-the-art worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturing, testing, packaging and distribution center.
