Executive Vice President/Chief Financial & Investment Officer, Partner
As Chief Financial & Investment Officer of the firm, F.X. is responsible for managing Leggat McCall Properties’ financial affairs and relationships with capital providers as well as providing advisory services to Development Services clients. He also is an Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee.
F.X. has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate investment business focused on transactional work, including acquisitions, dispositions, work-outs and financings, and on the management of real estate organizations
Prior to re-joining LMP in 2016, F.X. served as President of the Kensington Investment Company, Senior Vice President and CFO of GID Investment Advisers, and Managing Director of Winthrop Financial Associates. Previously, F.X. served as Executive Vice President and CFO of LMP from 1995 to 2001.
