Evan Lerner
Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst, Evan is responsible for supporting the acquisitions and investment team in underwriting and conducting due diligence for Leggat McCall Properties’ potential acquisitions as well as assisting with the ongoing asset management of company-owned investments. Since joining the firm, he has worked on assignments for the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment, Boynton Yards, and several potential deals for LMP’s residential development portfolio.
Prior to joining LMP, Evan was a business banking portfolio manager for Berkshire Bank where he supported a portfolio of C&I and CRE loans in the Eastern and Central MA region. He analyzed and underwrote client and project financials, rent rolls, appraisals, and environmental reports to gauge the credit worthiness of the borrower. Evan also previously worked as an Assistant Superintendent for Consigli Construction, bringing a deeper understanding of construction projects to his analysis.
