Eric Sheffels

As Co-President, Eric’s commitment to and enthusiasm for Leggat McCall Properties’ mission and continued development is a driving force behind the organization’s success. For nearly three decades, he has been an integral part of every aspect of LMP’s business, including acquisition, development, repositioning, asset management, property management and construction, and continues to guide the the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and sustainability.

Eric provides executive level strategic oversight and guidance to clients and partners of LMP. He has been involved with more than $10 billion of development since 1982 in markets primarily along the Eastern Seaboard. Projects overseen include commercial office, multi-family, industrial, hospital, life sciences, retirement housing, residential, and condominiums.

Eric joined Leggat McCall Properties in 1983 as a Construction Manager. His experience with the company has encompassed roles ranging from Divisional Manager of Development, Head of Asset Management, Divisional Manager of Property Management and ultimately Co-President. He has been a Partner of the company since 1992, and the Managing Partner of the Company since 2001.
