Chuck Favazzo
Senior Vice President, Partner
Chuck is a Senior Vice President at Leggat McCall Properties. He is a seasoned project manager with expertise in complex, large-scale ground-up projects in dense city environments. He has direct responsibility for all phases of project management, including permitting, design, construction management, and reporting for a wide range of projects including building renovations, office and medical office ground up and fit-out, inpatient and outpatient healthcare facilities as well as clinical labs.
Chuck has focused his efforts in the medical and research sectors and has completed multiple life science, clinical and infrastructure projects at both the Brigham & Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospital campuses for Partners Healthcare System.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Chuck was a project manager on MGH’s Yawkey Center for Outpatient Care for Walsh Brothers, and a project superintendent for Morse Diesel International.
