Bo Pierce
Project Manager
As a Project Manager focusing on life science projects, Bo bridges the gap between end users, building ownership, design firms and construction teams. He is a former research scientist and leverages that user’s perspective to drive projects from space planning, through budgeting, construction, and commissioning. His daily responsibilities include tracking and projecting cost, risks, schedules and construction progress. Bo is currently working on completing the tenant-fit out for 101 South Street, the first building completed as part of LMP’s Boynton Yards project.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Bo was an assistant project manager for The Richmond Group where he completed projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades to clean room finishing for life science clients.
