Amelia Aboff

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Amelia works with our strategic real estate advisory team to deliver consulting and advisory services to clients. She brings knowledge of real estate financial analysis, urban planning, sustainability, and permitting to LMP. Amelia is also an AICP-certified planner and LEED Accredited Professional. Since joining Leggat McCall Properties, she has been involved on advisory assignments for several academic and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Amelia was a Development Manager for WS Development, where her work focused on repositioning and revitalizing assets in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, as well as historic Hyde Park Village in Tampa, FL. In this role she led internal project teams during concept design, permitting, lease up, construction, and ongoing operations to ensure projects were completed within budget, on time, and in alignment with the long-term asset strategy. Amelia was also responsible for representing WS Development before land use entitlement agencies to secure necessary permissions and permits. Previously, Amelia was the Expansion Lead for the Cambridge Innovation Center in Cambridge, MA.

Amelia currently serves on the City of Somerville Planning Board.
