Nick Barker
Vice President
As a Vice President in the investment division, Nick manages LMP principal investment projects and new acquisition pursuits in addition to supporting specific client advisory assignments. Nick brings a background in acquisitions and asset management to the LMP team. Working on variety of project types, Nick has experience sourcing, underwriting and negotiating acquisition of new investments, developing financial models and business plans, and executing across all phases of the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining LMP, Nick worked for DLJ Real Estate Partners where he led acquisitions and asset management for their Boston portfolio. In that role, he worked closely with the LMP teams at Boynton Yards and 15 McGrath for several years. Prior to DLJ, Nick worked as an Analyst for Pyramid Hotel Group and NEPC, LLC.
