The first building to be delivered as a part of Boynton Yards is a 289,000 SF speculative lab building that matches the quality of newly constructed buildings in Kendall Square/East Cambridge and provides state-of-the-art lab space geared towards emerging life science companies.

Flagship Pioneering leased 100% of 101 South to house four companies spawned from their life sciences platform – Cellarity, Tessera Therapeutics, Laronde, and Generate Biomedicines.
