Justin Ritz
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Justin works with a team to deliver project management consulting services to clients. His responsibilities as the day-to-day project manager on complex design and construction projects includes coordination between client needs, architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Justin is currently working on assignments for Harvard University and Tufts University.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Justin was a Senior Project Manager for PROCON, LLC where he managed a team that handled all aspects of large scale commercial construction projects from project planning, budgeting, preconstruction through close-out and occupancy. Justin also previously worked as a project manager for Yale University and The PENTA Building Group where he was responsible for complete project delivery on large scale projects ($50M-500M+) in a wide range of different markets from ground up casino resorts to healthcare to historical restoration and renovation projects.
