Leggat McCall Properties served as the project manager for this Fortune 500 company’s client-facing space at 50 Rowes Wharf.

This included two phases of a restack and relocation, with a compressed first phase schedule. The work was completed around residences, office space, restaurant, and hotel space.

The second phase of the restack allowed for full BIM coordination of above-ceiling conditions, which provided for shop drawings to be generated out of the BIM coordination and delivered to site without a single conflict, saving two weeks of construction time.
