Brian Murrihy
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Brian’s responsibilities include acting as the day-to-day project manager on complex design and construction projects for both clients and LMP’s principal portfolio. With 20 years of real estate experience, he has worked on academic, residential, infrastructure, and commercial projects. Brian is currently working on LMP’s principal investment project at The Vale.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Brian was an Executive Project Leader for Cummings Properties in Woburn, MA where he led multiple conversion to lab projects valued at over $10M, and the entitlement of new building developments and associated infrastructure projects. Previously he worked as a Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager in Arup’s London office.
