	Project Overview: This project was a build-to-suit on ground leased from the Massachusetts Medical Society by Leggat McCall Properties. To accommodate Raytheon’s need for expedited occupancy, construction began on October 15, 2002 and Raytheon occupied the building on October 27, 2003, just over 1 year later. Upon completion, the building was sold to Raytheon Corporation which assumed the ground lease. The building is Raytheon’s World Headquarters and contains state of the art tel/data infrastructure, a 100 seat tiered amphitheatre, and full cooking capability.
