	Leggat McCall Scope: Leggat McCall was selected as a joint-venture partner to co-invest with The Massachusetts Medical Society in a land parcel in Waltham that was larger that that required to satisfy MMS requirements. Leggat McCall managed the process of creating four separate buildable “pads” at which time the site and ownership was divided in two to create a two-pad campus for MMS and a speculative development venture for Leggat McCall. Subsequently, Leggat McCall was engaged to manage planning, design and construction of their new headquarters.
