Leggat McCall Scope:

Leggat McCall is the development manager for the project and our scope includes management of permitting, design, construction, project accounting and deal analysis.

Project Profile:

·          3 of the 7 floors of the existing building remained occupied with 3rd party tenants throughout the demolition of a 7 story stair tower and the construction of the addition.

·         Deep, complex basement on a very constrained site bounded by the existing Hill Building, Amgen, One Kendall and the CSX railroad tracks.

·         2 story mechanical penthouse.

·         165,000 sf to be occupied by Schlumberger Doll Research.

·         Includes renovations to the existing Hill Building; lobby, elevators, common areas.
