Leggat McCall Scope: Leggat McCall was engaged to manage the design and
construction of AEW’s new corporate headquarters. Our role included review of base building plans and
specs during AEW’s building selection phase,
facilitating the architect selection and contracting process as well as
negotiating terms for the base building general contractor to complete
interior construction contemporaneously with the completion of the base
building. In addition, our
responsibility included the oversight of the move management vendor. |
