Leggat McCall Properties Secures 295,000 SF Project Management Assignment at One Federal Street for Bingham McCutchen LLP

BOSTON --Leggat McCall Properties, a diversified real estate development, investment and project management firm, announced that it will represent national law firm Bingham McCutchen LLP as Owners Representative in design and construction of Bingham's new headquarters at One Federal Street in Boston.
Leggat McCall Properties, which pioneered the third-party real estate project management in Boston, has provided similar services to other large Boston law firms, including Foley & Lardner, Choate Hall & Stewart LLP and Foley Hoag LLP. In 2000, Leggat McCall Properties provided project management services to Bingham's current 245,000-square-foot headquarters at 150 Federal St. in Boston. The firm will relocate to One Federal St. in Boston in Spring of 2008.
